Bible Study

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”

- Hosea 4:6

I rejoice at Your word As one who finds great treasure.

- Psalm 119:162

Here at Trinity, we treasure the pure Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is the central message of all of Scripture, and we seek to learn from God’s Word. We study the Word, but never sit in judgment over it. Instead we seek humility to learn from God’s Word, as the Holy Spirit teaches through it.

Accordingly to our firm convictions about the value of Scripture, we have many opportunities for studying God’s Word during our weeks.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study, 10:00 a.m.

Wednesday mornings provide a great time to come together and study a certain book of the Bible. At the present, we are wrapping up an intense study of the Book of Revelation. This study has served to comfort us with the Gospel of Jesus Christ that indeed God is in control of all things, and that He will be faithful to His Church at all times. We enjoy lively discussion and interact with common misconceptions and errors that many people believe about Revelation. Come and enjoy the final chapters with us!

Sunday Morning Adult Bible Class, 8:30 a.m.

Sunday mornings, our Adult Bible class is actually a part of our Sunday School program. This time is a great opportunity to either study the Word before the 9:30 service. We receive God’s gifts in Divine Service, and Bible Study helps give us another opportunity to feed upon God’s Word. Recent topics covered have been: Creation & Evolution, Trinity Lutheran as a Grace Place, 1 Peter, and the Catechism. Come and enjoy this opportunity to sit and learn from God’s Word!
